For an organization with a rich history dating back to 1939, adapting to the rapid changes in the pharmaceutical industry posed significant logistical challenges. Handling over 49,000 orders across various channels and delivering more than 525,000 boxes or 12.5 million units monthly, the organization needed a transformative solution. The acquisition by Inretail Pharma, S.A. further emphasized the necessity of standardizing logistics processes, to align with sister companies.

Additionally, the implementation enabled the organization to onboard new customers two to three times faster than before, demonstrating its agility.
