Oracle Modern Customer Experience 2018 Wrap-Up

Every year, thousands of Sales, Marketing, Service and Commerce professionals attend the Oracle Modern Customer Experience which packs months of training and education over a few days. This year the conference was held in Chicago, Illinios with over 5000 professionals attending from around the world.

The Accelalpha team had a great couple of days at the Modern CX – we had an opportunity to meet customers, partners and provide them with insights into our products, especially CPQ.

 Here are some highlights from the Modern CX:

· Tuesday, 10th April – Accelalpha hosted an invite-only customer and partner cocktail reception at the Signature Room at the 95th, atop the John Hancock Tower. The reception saw an impressive turnout that included industry leaders, customers and partners.

· Wednesday, 11th April – Mercury Marine, the leading manufacturers of outboard motors and our customer, participated in a panel of CPQ visionaries. Accelalpha was instrumental in helping Mercury Marine implement Oracle CPQ Cloud.

· Thursday 12th April – Accelalpha led a panel discussion on transforming businesses using Oracle CPQ. GE, Flowserve and Wolters Kluwer participated in this panel discussion and shared their transformation journey.

· A Hands-On mobile CPQ experience – Mercury Marine had a large display or marine engines with a control center. Customers were able to experience a live demonstration of CPQ, where the complex products could be configured and priced using an iPad. Accelalpha consultants addressed queries raised by customers.
